• "Practice," "we," "our," "us" refers to NutriEat with Vrushali, the clinical nutrition practice owned and operated by Vrushali Dhanore
• "Client," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses our Website, books a consultation or enrols in any of our nutrition programs
• "Services" refers to all nutrition consultations, programs, meal plans, follow-up sessions, educational content and any other service offered by the Practice
• "Website" refers to nutrieatwithvrushali.com and all its subpages
• "Program" refers to any paid nutrition program or package purchased from the Practice

2. Medical Disclaimer

Vrushali Dhanore is a Certified Clinical Nutritionist and Holistic Health Coach. She is not a medical doctor, dietician (as defined by Indian law requiring specific academic qualifications), physician, surgeon or licensed medical practitioner.

The nutrition advice, meal plans, dietary recommendations and educational content provided through NutriEat with Vrushali are for health optimisation, nutritional support and lifestyle management. They are not a replacement for professional medical diagnosis, treatment or advice from a qualified medical doctor.

You should always consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider before making significant dietary changes, particularly if you:

• Have a diagnosed medical condition
• Are taking prescription medications
• Are pregnant, trying to conceive or breastfeeding
• Have a history of eating disorders
• Are under the age of 18 (in which case parental consent is required)

Do not disregard professional medical advice or delay seeking it because of information you have read on this Website or received during a nutrition consultation. In case of a medical emergency, contact your doctor or emergency services immediately.

3. No Guarantees of Results

Nutrition outcomes depend on numerous factors including but not limited to your individual physiology, consistency of adherence to the nutrition plan, existing health conditions, medications, lifestyle factors, stress levels, sleep quality and physical activity.

While NutriEat with Vrushali provides evidence-based nutrition guidance personalised to your condition, and while we have helped many clients achieve significant health improvements, we cannot and do not guarantee specific results, outcomes, weight loss amounts, symptom resolution timelines or any particular health improvement. Every individual responds differently to nutritional intervention.

Testimonials, success stories and transformation examples shared on our Website, social media or in consultations represent individual experiences. They are not a guarantee that you will achieve the same or similar results.

4. Client Responsibilities

When you enrol in a NutriEat with Vrushali nutrition program, you agree to:

• Provide Accurate Information: Disclose your complete and accurate health history, current medications, supplements, existing medical conditions, allergies, food intolerances and any other information relevant to your nutrition care. Failure to disclose relevant health information may result in a nutrition plan that is inappropriate for your condition, for which we cannot be held responsible
• Inform Us of Changes: Notify us promptly of any changes to your health status, new diagnoses, new medications or pregnancy during your program
• Follow Medical Advice: Continue to follow your doctor's advice, take prescribed medications and attend medical appointments. Our nutrition guidance is designed to work alongside your medical care, not replace it
• Attend Sessions: Attend your scheduled sessions on time. Sessions missed without at least 24 hours notice may be counted as completed (see Refund Policy)
• Implement the Plan: A nutrition plan only works if it is followed. The Practice provides the plan, guidance and support. The responsibility for implementing the recommendations rests with you
• Communicate Challenges: Inform us if you are struggling to follow the plan, experiencing side effects or facing any other difficulties. We can only help if we know there is a problem

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this Website and all materials provided during nutrition programs are the intellectual property of NutriEat with Vrushali and Vrushali Dhanore. This includes but is not limited to:

• The Website design, layout, text, images and code
• The "NutriEat with Vrushali" name, brand and logo
• Nutrition plans, meal guides, recipe recommendations and meal planners
• Educational content, blog posts, social media content and consultation frameworks
• All written, visual and audio content created by or for the Practice

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, share, resell, publish or create derivative works from any of our intellectual property without our express written permission. Nutrition plans created for you are for your personal use only. Sharing them publicly, posting them online or redistributing them to others is prohibited.

6. Website Use

By using this Website, you agree to:

• Use the Website for lawful purposes only
• Not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Website, its server or any connected database
• Not introduce viruses, malware or any other harmful code

8. Payment and Fees

By enrolling in any paid program, you agree to pay the full program fee as communicated at the time of enrolment. Payment terms are as follows:

• All program fees are payable in full at the time of enrolment unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing
• Where a payment plan is arranged, all instalments must be paid on the agreed dates
• All payments are non-refundable (see Refund Policy for full details)
• The Practice reserves the right to modify program fees. Fee changes will not affect programs already purchased
• Program fees quoted are exclusive of any applicable taxes

9. Cancellation and Refunds

Our cancellation and refund terms are detailed in full in our Refund Policy. By enrolling in any program, you acknowledge that all payments are non-refundable and that our Refund Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions.

10. Session Rescheduling

Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours notice may result in the session being counted as completed, at the Practice's discretion. Genuine emergencies are handled with flexibility and compassion. Repeated short-notice rescheduling may result in sessions being counted as completed.

11. Confidentiality

We treat all client information, including health information shared during consultations, as confidential. We will not disclose your personal or health information to third parties except:

• With your explicit consent (for example, when coordinating care with your doctor)
• When required by law
• When necessary to protect your vital interests or those of another person

12. Communication and Electronic Consent

By providing your phone number, email address or WhatsApp contact to us, you consent to receive communications from NutriEat with Vrushali through these channels. Communications may include:

• Consultation reminders and scheduling messages

• Responses to your enquiries
• Occasional information about services that may be relevant to you

13. Limitation of Liability

• The Practice's total liability for any claim arising from our services shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific program or service giving rise to the claim
• The Practice is not liable for any adverse health outcomes resulting from your failure to disclose complete health information, your failure to follow medical advice from your doctor or your failure to follow the nutrition plan as designed
• The Practice is not liable for outcomes resulting from your decision to discontinue prescribed medications or ignore medical advice, which we never recommend

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NutriEat with Vrushali, Vrushali Dhanore and any associated personnel from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities and expenses arising from:

• Your violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Your use of the Website or our services
• Inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you
• Your failure to follow medical advice from your physician

15. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate services to any client in the following circumstances:

• Violation of these Terms and Conditions
• Abusive, threatening, disrespectful or harassing behaviour toward Vrushali Dhanore or any team member
• Provision of false, misleading or incomplete health information
• Failure to pay program fees
• Repeated failure to attend sessions without notice
• Actions that compromise the professional integrity of the Practice

In the event of termination due to client conduct, no refund will be provided for the remaining program duration.

16. Children and Minors

Our Kids Nutrition program serves children aged 2 to 16. For clients under the age of 18:

• A parent or legal guardian must provide consent and be involved in all consultations
• The parent or guardian is responsible for implementing the nutrition plan
• The parent or guardian agrees to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of the minor

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. The terms in effect at the time of your enrolment apply to your program. Significant changes may be communicated to active clients via email or WhatsApp. Continued use of the Website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising from these terms, your use of the Website or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Pune, Maharashtra, India.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
