This Refund Policy explains the terms under which NutriEat with Vrushali ("we," "our" or "us") handles cancellations and refund requests for our nutrition consultation services and programs. By booking a consultation or enrolling in any of our nutrition programs, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to this Refund Policy.

2. Why We Have a No-Refund Policy

Our nutrition services are not products that can be returned. They are professional healthcare services that involve personalised assessment, clinical expertise, time commitment and intellectual work that begins the moment you enrol. When you pay for a nutrition program at NutriEat, you are paying for:

• Professional Time and Expertise: Vrushali Dhanore's 5 plus years of clinical nutrition experience, her certifications and her ongoing professional development
• Personalised Assessment: Detailed review of your health history, blood reports, existing conditions, medications, food preferences and lifestyle before any plan is created
• Custom Nutrition Plan Creation: Each nutrition plan is created individually for each client. No two plans are the same because no two clients are the same
• Ongoing Support: Follow-up sessions, meal checks, plan revisions, Q&A access and community support that begin from the moment your program starts
• Intellectual Property: The nutrition plans, meal guides, recipe recommendations and educational materials provided are proprietary intellectual work created specifically for you

These services are consumed at the point of delivery and cannot be returned. Once a nutrition plan has been created for you, the professional work has been completed.

3. Our Commitment to Service Quality

While we maintain a no-refund policy, we are deeply committed to your satisfaction and health outcomes. If you have concerns about your program at any point, we encourage you to communicate with us directly rather than discontinue the program. We will work with you to:

• Adjust your nutrition plan if it is not working for your lifestyle or food preferences
• Address any challenges you are facing with adherence
• Modify your plan if your health condition or goals have changed
• Reschedule sessions if timing becomes difficult
• Clarify any aspect of your plan that you find confusing

Our goal is your health transformation, and we will make every reasonable effort to ensure your program works for you. We ask for the same commitment from you.

4. Free Consultation

Your first consultation at NutriEat with Vrushali is completely free and carries no obligation to enrol in any program. This session is designed to:

• Understand your health condition, symptoms and goals
• Explain how our nutrition approach works for your specific condition
• Outline what a personalised program would include for you
• Answer all your questions about the process, timeline and expectations
• Help you make an informed decision about whether to proceed

We designed the free consultation specifically so that you never have to pay for a program you are uncertain about. Please use this opportunity fully.

5. Exceptional Circumstances

We recognise that life circumstances can change unexpectedly. While our policy is that payments are non-refundable, we may consider the following accommodations on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion:

5.1 Program Pause or Extension

If you experience a medical emergency, hospitalisation, bereavement or other serious life event that prevents you from continuing your program, you may request to pause your program and resume it at a later date. The decision to allow a pause and the duration of the pause period is at our discretion. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate genuine emergencies.

5.2 Program Transfer

In some circumstances, we may allow you to transfer your program to a different condition that NutriEat serves. For example, if you enrolled for a PCOS program but have since been diagnosed with a thyroid condition that requires primary attention, we may accommodate a transfer. Transfers are at our discretion and may involve a program fee adjustment depending on the program duration and structure.

5.3 Dissatisfaction Resolution

If you are dissatisfied with your program despite our efforts to adjust and accommodate, please contact us directly. While refunds are not provided, we will work with you to address your concerns and find a resolution that supports your health goals. This may include additional sessions, plan revisions or other accommodations.

6. Cancellation by NutriEat with Vrushali

We reserve the right to discontinue services to any client in the following circumstances:

• Abusive, threatening or disrespectful behaviour toward Vrushali Dhanore or any team member
• Repeated failure to attend scheduled sessions without notice
• Provision of false or misleading health information that affects our ability to provide safe nutrition guidance
• Non-compliance with the program terms and conditions

In the rare event that we must discontinue services, no refund will be provided for the remaining program duration. This policy protects the professional boundaries essential for a safe and effective clinical nutrition practice.

7. Missed Sessions and No-Shows

Your program includes a specified number of follow-up sessions and meal checks. Sessions that you miss without at least 24 hours notice may be counted as completed and cannot be rescheduled. We understand that emergencies happen and we handle genuine emergencies with flexibility. However, repeated last-minute cancellations or no-shows result in lost sessions.

Missed sessions are not eligible for refunds, credits or extensions. Your program investment covers the professional time reserved for your sessions, whether or not you attend them.

8. Program Materials and Intellectual Property

The nutrition plans, meal guides, recipe recommendations, educational content and all other materials provided during your program are the intellectual property of NutriEat with Vrushali. They are created for your personal use and may not be shared, distributed, resold or reproduced without our written permission.

Refunds are not provided if you have already received program materials, as these constitute delivered intellectual property that cannot be returned.

9. Payment Terms

All program fees are payable in full at the time of enrolment unless a specific payment plan has been agreed upon in writing. Where a payment plan has been arranged:

• All instalments must be paid on the agreed schedule
• Services may be paused if payments are not received
• Paid instalments are non-refundable
• You remain responsible for the full program fee even if you discontinue the program before all instalments are paid
