01
No two people have the same body, the same life, or the same relationship with food. Every program at NutriEat is built from scratch around your condition, your food preferences, your routine, and your goals.
02
Dal, roti, sabzi, rice, these are not obstacles to your health. They are your medicine when understood correctly. I work with the food you grew up eating, not against it.
03
Every recommendation is grounded in clinical evidence. But food is just one part of the picture. Stress, sleep, lifestyle, and mood all play enormous roles, and we address all of them.
04
Weekly progress tracking, honest conversations, and continuous adjustments ensure you are always moving forward, not stuck in a plan that stopped working months ago.

About Vrushali
"Conditions can be managed. Medications can be reduced. Life can be lived fully."
I meet women and men every day who come to me carrying years of frustration. They have tried every diet, every pill, every shortcut. And they are still stuck. What they have not tried is understanding what their body is actually asking for.
With a background in Pharmacy and Clinical Nutrition, I know the science behind these conditions. But more than that, I know that healing happens when we stop fighting the body and start listening to it.
